Feng Shui: how to allow more yang in my room?
Q. Can anyone please give me some tips on how to allow more yang into my bedroom? I spend alot of time in my bedroom even when i'm not sleeping. But I think my bedroom might be a little to Yin. Because when ever i walk in i just get really relaxed and lazy. And thats fine for the side of the room where my bed is at. But i want other parts of my room to make me more energetic and yang.

A. i think you misunderstood the concepts of yin and yang. most people do. in nature, yin and yang coexists together, meaning one cannot be without the other. and there is yang in yin and vice versa. this is the case in fengshui. the best way to have a more yang room is to utilize one or more of the 5 elements: - water: put an aquarium with an aerator - fire: paint the room with red, orange or yellow - wood: have some plants - metal: put a ceiling fan - or just opening more windows but these are just the simple side of fengshui. there is a fengshui concept that calculates for the yang area and yin areas in your house. these areas cannot be changed by anything. and must be utilized accordingly.

Q. and how popular is "hypno therapy" there in Asian countries for healing people with abusive child hoods, bad or traumatising experieinces as children there that has "Scarred" their channels for expressing themselves in normal natural way? please explain a bit of the history to on this? and how it related to "Yin Yang principles? does india have same idea there too? where else? thanks for your answers!
